Taylor Swift is letting her hair down. Way down.
In a new photo released by Disney, the singer sits on the ledge of a high tower, posing as the iconic Rapunzel with her long golden hair flowing around her..



In the photo, taken by Annie Leibovitz, Swift, 22, is staring off into the distance, waiting for her prince to rescue her from her prison.
"Where a world of adventure awaits," the caption reads.
Taylor joins a series of celebrities who have appeared in the Disney portraits since the series debuted in 2007. They include Scarlett Johansson as Cinderella, Rachel Weisz as Snow White, Jessica Biel as Pocahontas, David Beckham as Prince Charming from Sleeping Beauty and Beyonce Knowles as Alice (in Wonderland). The image will appear in upcoming issues of Vanity Fair, InStyle and People.
As for Swift's real Prince Charming? The latest buzz on her love life is that she and One Direction star Harry Styles, who broke up soon after New Year's, are both expected at the NRJ Music Festival in Cannes on Saturday. Could a reconciliation be in the works?
